The Site allows you to browse, select and purchase Clothing and Accessories (“Goods” or “Products” or “Services”).

Your use of this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and its related sites, services and tools). These TERMS AND CONDITIONS are effective upon acceptance and governs the relationship between you and Fozia Khalid having its registered office in Lahore, Pakistan including the sale and supply of any Products on the Site. Fozia Khalid website and related services are made available to you pursuant to the following “Terms of Usage” of Fozia Khalid Services and any other rules posted on our Web Stores. By visiting, purchasing and continued browsing of www. Fozia, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the Terms of Usage of Fozia Khalid Services. We may modify the Terms of Usage of Fozia Khalid from time to time, and your continued use of this Web Store (or any of our other Web Stores) following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms of Usage of Fozia Khalid Services. For those persons wishing to use our services, they must read and agree to be bound by our policies relating to those services. In particular, we draw your attention to our policies relating to the Customer Support and Privacy Policy.

Please read the Terms of Usage of Fozia Khalid Services and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms of Usage of Fozia Khalid Services, then you must immediately stop using the Web Store. The Company may amend this Agreement and/or the Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. All updates and amendments shall be notified to you via posts on website or through e-mail. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it on the Site, and in the event you continue to use our Site, you are impliedly agreeing to the revised TERMS AND CONDITIONS and Privacy Policy expressed herein. In addition, if the revised version of this Agreement includes a Substantial Change, we will provide you with 30 days’ prior notice of such Substantial Change as per the Notification Preferences provided by you. You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. For the purpose of this Agreement, the term “Substantial Change” means a change to the terms of this Agreement that materially reduces your rights or increases your responsibilities.


If you are unsatisfied with an online bridal purchase, you may return the product and get online store credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 7 days of receiving your order. We will not entertain any requests after 7 days of purchase. The reason for dissatisfaction must be discussed with our bridal consultants, after which the case will be independently reviewed by the Head of Bridals and the matter decided. If the issues presented are deemed valid then the return of the purchase and subsequent store credit will be authorized.


Your order can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. There will be cancellation charges i.e. 6% of the paid amount; the rest of the amount will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow time for the credit to appear in your account. (This is only for local clients). However International clients can get full refund via store credit only. 

However, after this time period no refunds are offered.

We offer exchanges only if the product delivered are faulty or not according to the details provided.

No exchanges on sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.

1: If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.

2: Claims on previous season’s stock will not be entertained.

3: Any claim pertaining to the same season will be processed within 3 working days after quality inspection.


3:Specifically for online purchases:

  1. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, return the product and get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 3 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 3 days of purchase.
  2. Online Store Credit means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase.

Items will be sent back after request is approved through courier. Shipping costs will not be part of the exchange or claim…
